One thing that really annoys me is that many of the buses sit at bus stops for up to 5 minutes because they’re ahead of their schedule. I understand that drivers can be disciplined for being early or late, and as a passenger I want the buses to run to… Continue reading…

The train has the advantage of allowing you to pay by card and get change if you pay in cash, neither of which you can do on the bus (because this would slow the bus down). I use the train a lot, but if it doesn’t take me somewhere I… Continue reading…

What’s the current policy on buses running their engines whilst idling at bus stops? I thought it was banned but it often happens for up to 5 minutes. I feel this adds insult to injury- you need to get to work and the bus is not moving but it is… Continue reading…

First in Glasgow claim that drivers are trained to tell passengers what is happening when they are transferred to another bus. My experience however, is that you are just told to get on to the bus in front, with no explanation for what is wrong with the bus your on.… Continue reading…

Used the x11 twice on the same week and the bus was late by more than 15 mins each time. Fair enough if its a few minutes late but both times I was late for meeting people in glasgow. I think there should be some sort of app to tell… Continue reading…

I realise that it is the actual customers that make most of the mess on the buses but couldn’t they be tidied throughout the day? They do this on the trains.… Continue reading…
