Thanks for writing to FirstBus recently, particularly about student discounts.  I suspect they will reply as they have on Twitter – they will tell you that the adult first4week card is discounted to £48.50 for those under 20 (including school students).

However, my argument is about FirstCard – since December my 17 year old daughter has paid the same as me for her 4 week card (originally £45 for all zones, now increased to £48.50).

I’m confused as to what actual difference there is between FirstCard and FirstWeek, other than the price.  FirstBus also direct you to their web site for ticket information – It’s very hard to find any info about FirstCard on their site (as I think you said in your letter).
