Better Buses

I live in Garrowhill and work at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The 213 service was replaced with the 38E under simplicity. At first the new service was okay, but now the 38E is very rarely on time , and Firstbus have reverted to their old practice of using older less reliable buses on this route and single deckers at peak times. Last week after waiting 25 minutes a 38E with passengers packed on like sardines drove right past the stop (fair enough, it was full), but it then meant another 30 minutes wait. It must be obvious to Firstbus that this route needs double decker buses at rush hour. Simplicity , is definetely profit before customers!
