Your say in making the buses better
Another sparkling example of First Buses customer service. Is there any way of viewing their complaints? If they receive some public funding then surely we have a right to see a breakdown of complaints and how they are dealt with.
I made a complaint about offensive racist behaviour by a First driver towards a young African mother. I got absolutely nowhere with them – reminds me of this article from the Hamilton Advertiser: ‘A WOMAN this week called for a bus driver to be sacked after claiming he verbally abused her for being gay.’
The article says that FirstBus did not take the complaint seriously enough.
