Government planning a review on Concessionary Travel

A change in the air?

Writing in the Herald today, City editor Tim Sharp, says that First Group are thinking of selling off some of their bus business due to a drop in profit of 9.7%.  They cite pressures in Scotland due to drops in subsidies.
